For several months I have been having issues with making payments on my account. For some reason every time I make a payment it just sits in my account and is not attached to my unit. This causes me to get hit with late fees and getting locked out of my unit. The first time it happened I had to call multiple times before I could get a hold of anyone, once I was finally able to get a hold of someone they said they would fix the issue.
