I always had my unit paid off months in advanced. When I came back, they had a lock on my unit (which is there way of stopping people from pulling their stuff out if they didn't get paid). So I had to spend a few days without anything I own the start of this semester for a mistake on their end. Not only that, but after I explicitly cancelled my unit by both calling them AND filling out the form online, they proceeded to charge me for several months after the fact.

I am changing this review to 3 stars because these guys were super helpful once they finally got back with us. It was just a whole annoying process, but they were very nice once we were finally able to reach them. We got a unit here in December of 2022. In March of 2023, we had to close our credit card down so we were 2 days late on a payment. That’s the only reason I could think of that they would lock our unit down.
