Some of the nicest people you will ever deal with
Storage unit broken into, many items stolen. Items were never recovered. Was not offered compensation of any type for this. Front gate was always wide open and unlocked. Went to clean out storage unit, found items inside that wasn't even mine, was charged $45 since it was on the 1st of the month. In my humble opinion, after being consistent on payments to this facility and losing a little over a thousand in items due to theft and management not making sure their storage facility is secured, that charge should have been waive... read more
