Huge thanks to James and Eddie at Lochwood (and Oleg from Norwest) for an amazing job coordinating our remodel. A lot of effort went into our home, and after nearly 6 months later, nearly every bit of it is new and updated. If your project is on the larger end, I highly recommend having LL in your court. If something goes wrong, they will fix it. If someone is late, they will ping. We had a very good experience with the subcontractors they work with overall. (Especially Vlad who did the floors! AMAZING job Vlad!)
We have worked with Lochwood-Lozier for many years with everything from two huge remodels to several smaller scale projects. They are always professional, responsive and do high quality work. We trust them with anything related to our home!
As part of MBA's Rampathon, Lochwood-Lozier designed and built my ramp. Since it was a community service project I didn't expect anything special or too labor intensive. Silly me - they sent out an architect twice to draw the plans and check on color, and then they worked with the MBA crew to complete a top quality project in a single day. Many ramps are utilitarian only, but the one they designed and built for my family actually enhances the appearance of the house (and probably increases the value).
We hired Lochwood-Lozier’s Landscape Division to replace 2 aging outdoor stairways that connect our upper to lower yards. We were a little uncomfortable with the time and materials approach, but we were so impressed with their presentation that we decided to give them a try.
