Management is terrible and maintenance is nonexistent. I went four months before getting a new dishwasher, two weeks without heat(when it was below zero outside), and have now gone four days without hot water. Do not expect to get anything done without calling the office eight to ten times. The pool is a joke as it is only open a few weeks out of the year and even was closed by the new Albany health department. My husband and I have been there over a year. We paid cash for months. But got a letter saying we hadn't paid rent in months when I had receipts. She is rude does not full fill maintenance like she should. She is now saying we owe money for our last month's rent when we have receipts showing first last and deposit. I would never have rented from them if I knew this went on. I'm not the only one having this problem in the townhomes.

I have been living at Lochwood Apartments since January 2015. I am 26 years old and moved here from Nevada. This is my first time being on my own, away from all of my friends and family who all live on the west coast. I have been satisfied at these apartments. When I had a toilet that would run, I called and they resolved the problem quickly. When my AC went out, they had the repairman fix it in a timely manner.
