Love all the staff at this medical practice. I had quite an invasive procedure and the nurse Karen was lovely made me feel so comfortable. The receptionists have always been kind to me. As have Dr Malik and his wife. Only downside to the place is the pharmacy, where the expierence is ruined by two staff members one specifically a woman who wasted 15 minutes of my time and told me to take my medication the opposite way my GP had suggested to.
Been trying to call to book a repeat prescription since 9am just keeps ringing out. Called and selected the book an appointment option rings out too. So unprofessional.
