I am so glad I got a maintenance plan with Lochridge Priest Home Service. Britt came out to service my HVAC system and was very personable. He explained everything he did and was very thorough. I will ask for him to come each time. I am very pleased and would recommend Lochridge Priest to everyone.

David was our service estimator thoroughly going over our system. He took pictures, went into every room, up into attic checking ductwork we had and then to our HVAC unit. Once he took off a metal section he discovered a huge problem.... mold. It was awful. He then got down to business as to what our options were. Friendly but professional. Antonio, was on time, very professional explained what he was doing , and gave really great customer service care . I will definitely be calling for future service, when the need arises.
