Needed a repair on my HVAC. Luckily this was discovered during routine maintenence which was covered under our maintenence plan. Lochridge Priest Home Services had the part ordered and installed within days. Our service technician, Jay Staggs, was on time (early in fact) and had the the work completed in a jiff. Friendly and competent! Thank you Jay.
They will find any reason to make sure they can charge you $502. Originally stated I didn’t find anything wrong with voltages and amperage. I agreed to find a problem and if it’s the appliance and not my house I shouldn’t be charged but the dispatch fee. Got off the phone. Colton finds and fixes a problem without calling and verifying anything. A hustle at its finest. Good business practices!
