He was the service technician sent to look at my a/c unit that was freezing up. He was knowledgeable and explained things in terms that I could understand and showed me supporting evidence of my issue. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I went with this company after getting recommended from an amazing source. Payed $100 for a tech (David) to come to my house, he checked the coil cleanliness and Freon pressure and told me “your unit is simply too old you need a new one”. Then proceeded to quote me $13,000 dollars for a new unit in an 1,100 square foot house. Seems like a salesman trying to take advantage of new home owners. Antonio Green was my technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to tell me how old my HVAC system was. (18 - 20 years) He took pictures and explained in detail what needed to be done and why. He took an additional time-consuming step to reach out to the credit bureau to explain why he was trying to access my account. This was a new experience for him.
