We have had Lochow manage our 2-1/2 acre lake for over 2 years now. Good communication. They keep the fish feeder full and otter traps checked. They have helped remove at least 6 otters over the time we have had them manage the lake. We are satisfied with their services. Our bass are growing.

These guys have been servicing our lake for most of 14/15 years & have done an awesome job especially in the last 6 years or so as we’ve been on a limited budget. They are all very knowledgeable, personable, & hard working. We had a very real problem with vegetation that we tried to manage it on our own but it had gotten out of control & they have done great with that. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My year-long experience with this lake management company out of Bryan/Tyler, servicing the Canton area, has been nothing short of abysmal. Let me lay down some numbers: $12,830.60. first invoice July 22 last invoice June 23... That's the egregious sum we've been invoiced for throughout the year for what can only be described as subpar and frankly deceptive services. I’m a board member of a small neighborhood HOA who, with limited funds, is charged with overseeing the maintenance our lakes and ponds. I called today and had the pleasure to speak with Kyle Eddens. I had at least 100 questions and he was patient, kind and professional as he answered them. What a very knowledgeable young man. We hope to do business with them at some point in the future. If you have pond or lake questions or need a company who will take time to answer your questions and based on my interaction with them -- they know what they are doing -- call them and ask for Kyle !
