We are new to Olathe and found Lochner homes through our son who had used them previously. It’s difficult to say enough positive about LB construction and owners, Larry and Brook Lochner. We contracted with Larry to do the interior framing and finish but they stepped in to manage the entire build for us. Everyone on Larry ‘s team was courteous, professional, always on time, willing to answer questions and kept the build site clean and free of debris. We've lived in one of Larry Lochner’s homes since 2009 and love it. My father-in-law was a contractor at one time and he is always impressed with the quality of the construction in our home, and in particular the finish work. He says he is always trying to find a flaw but he can’t. Then a few days ago we had a radon test done in our basement because several of our neighbors had to have radon mitigation systems installed. Their radon levels prior to mitigation ranged from 8-12 while 4 is the maximum accepted by the EPA. A sco... read more
