The heating/cooling wall unit is minimal. Does not remove humidity and in the winter it allows the outside temperature to blow into the apt. Apt is always too hot, too cold, too humid.
Jon was great - came in and fixed our issue within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Doesn’t get better then that!
Jenna the property manager is very kind and quick to get to any questions you may have. I have had a great experience with calling this place home, and with Bader Companies who manages Lochner! Beautiful Community, highly recommend
