I have lived here coming up on 2 years now and throughout the whole time I've had a great experience. Jenna is a great property manager who is very responsive and kind, and Jon in maintenance is honestly the best maintenance guy I've ever had - efficient , skilled, and friendly!
John did a fantastic job as usual and response time was awesome. Needed door lock batteries fixed and previously light bulbs changed in bathroom.
I’m currently going through the process of leasing an apartment at Lochner and based on my wonderful experience thus far, I have to make note of it! The Lochner leasing agent, Elli is FANTASTIC to work with. Upon touring, she was so detailed in her information, answered my questions with ease and was beyond welcoming.
