If you care about your car, do not take it here, because they do not. I took my daughter’s car there (via Banner service) and they did a miserable job. It was first returned to me with gaps between parts I could put my fingers thru, gaps around the doors and fenders that are so tight the parts rub, ( I will have to bring this somewhere else to fix((more money out of pocket for me)), flashing still all over the plastic parts, no airdam reinstalled( they had access to it it from the old parts) toe eye door hanging out, side ma... read more
Took my SUV here after a major accident last summer. All the staff were professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.
I had a small dent in my car and my neighbor told me about Lochmoor. When I dropped my car off, Rick greeted me and provided me with excellent service. I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening and got it back Friday afternoon. His body tech/painter Steve was also so wonderful. I couldn't recommend this place enough such genuine honest people which is hard to come by these days. My car looks brand new and they even took the time to vacuum my whole car out! If you ever need any work done you will not be disappointed.
There is no option for -ve stars, they just do a lousy job and expect you to just take it as is, when you find multiple problems they will ask you to bring it back, in all I had to take my car back thrice...
