Had problems from day one with the operation of the boiler. It took over 6 months to get a an authorized repair company to correct the problem and only after I contracted the headquarters. The repair company in Idaho did not have the proper equipment to repair the unit and the installer who was trained was unable to fix the issue. It was fixed eventually.
