Bad Practice Zero Stars. Dr. Mercier doesn't do a full evaluation of injury nor ask the patient any questions??only look at an xrays and not physical appendage, range of movement, etc. He has the worst bedside manner??walks out of room upon asking a question. He bills erroneous charges, makes unnecessary office visits and partners with a medical sales representative to talk you into expensive, unproven "medical" apparatuses. The other "doctors" in the office may be better, but Stay Away from Dr. Mercier!
ORTHOPEDIC SURGEONS THAT ARE NOT ARROGANT Over the years, I have been here many times for this and that, even been hospitalized for ortho issues, and everyone here is absolutely great, including the doctors. They are low-key and comforting when you are upset, tell you what their plan is in english, and answer all my annoying technical questions patiently. My daughter has had a great deal of success with them too. When I broke my shoulder, they couldn't fit me in right away, so put me in a sling until I could have a visit in ... read more
