I imported equipment form Asia and this company handled the logistics to Alberta. Communication was great. All the additional invoices were done on time. I received the equipment in Calgary warehouse in good undamaged condition. Then I was in a rush and left one box behind, but signed the POD for all the boxes. I called and emailed Crystal Wong and the warehouse. They replied right away and started the search. Extremley rude customer service. I called for inquiry to the manager she sounded very rude and in hurry and hung up.
