I have lived in Lochaven Subdivision since 1992. It is owned by Lochaven Partners. I live in a cul-de-sac off Scottsglen & Laura Street in Springfield. I really e.joy my neighborhood. We have never had a problem with theft . For the most part my area is a very safe are for Eugene & Springfield. In 29 years I got along with with most of my neighbors. However there is always one person that bugs you in a every neighborhood. The ladies in the office are awesome.
