There's a particular young lady in the office by the name of Ash/Ashira. She's been threatening my family online and somehow got my husband's cell phone number, claiming she's going to have us jumped. She's never been anything but incredibly rude since I moved in and now she's making it personal.

Crazy how you can keep people's money and never respond to them. Its been 3 years and I have yet to be contacted. I went in to get my money back and was told that the check was out dated. That they would have another printed. I drove 2 and half hours for nothing that day. But as you can see I never got the check or money back. I would never rent or apply here ever again. laundry rooms still not accessible since snowstorm. have to pay for a ride to go to laundromat up street. ridiculous
