Crazy how you can keep people's money and never respond to them. Its been 3 years and I have yet to be contacted. I went in to get my money back and was told that the check was out dated. That they would have another printed. I drove 2 and half hours for nothing that day. But as you can see I never got the check or money back. I would never rent or apply here ever again. laundry rooms still not accessible since snowstorm. have to pay for a ride to go to laundromat up street. ridiculous
Recently moved here and there have been some hiccups, but thanks to the staff (Enrique in particular) made it his top priority to insure my move was as smooth it could possibly be. Any and all issues I ran into were quickly addressed and treated with urgency. The Maintenance team, while busy, get the job done with an excellent attitude. Thank you for such excellent service!
Enrique was amazing! Very funny very professional! Makes the process of everything easy and fast! Tour was amazing for the rooms. Rooms are beautiful and spacious! I definitely recommend coming here if you are moving or getting your very first place!
