Me and my husband applied together I was told it would be 50 but instead paid 150. 75 each then went to log in on the site it said our accounts were disabled called several times and haven’t heard anything back at this point we need our money back
This apartment community is a joke! I was shown a 2 bedroom apartment, but when I completed the application and paid the holding fee, I never heard back from anyone. I called several times and even sent emails and still no response. Seems to me that Loch Raven Village is taking peoples money and providing nothing in return. Still no response from them on getting my money back. It has now been almost 2 years. This is poor service and unprofessional
***EDITED TO ADD*** It is WILD to me that I came into the office about my rent issue two weeks ago and was told they'd "call corporate and get back to me" and THEN when I hadn't heard back for several days I emailed them to follow up (last week) and they replied to this PUBLIC GOOGLE REVIEW to save face yet STILL have not taken the time to call me back OR respond to my emails. They're more concerned about appearing compassionate on a public Google review than they are about actually working to resolve my issue. There are so ... read more
