laundry rooms still not accessible since snowstorm. have to pay for a ride to go to laundromat up street. ridiculous
Recently moved here and there have been some hiccups, but thanks to the staff (Enrique in particular) made it his top priority to insure my move was as smooth it could possibly be. Any and all issues I ran into were quickly addressed and treated with urgency. The Maintenance team, while busy, get the job done with an excellent attitude. Thank you for such excellent service!
Enrique was amazing! Very funny very professional! Makes the process of everything easy and fast! Tour was amazing for the rooms. Rooms are beautiful and spacious! I definitely recommend coming here if you are moving or getting your very first place!
Avoid LRV Apts if gangstalking, harassment, slumlord ethics, illegal monitoring and forced evictions is something that you want to avoid. As a former model tenant residing in that hellhole for two plus years this is a PSA to the community, management is disrespectful and without boundaries. I literally left the State of Maryland as a result of their actions. Thank me later
Loch Raven Village Apartments? What a weird way to spell Satan’s headquarters. First moving here, the place had seemed great and worth the price. But years later since moving it’s went down hill (quite literally) Floor sinking, Rodents, Bug infestations. Doesn’t matter if you’re clean either. They don’t care if your place is falling apart due to poor renovation or if you have any other issues.
