went into the rental office about 3 weeks ago to speak to someone in PRIVATE about the front door of my building being broken. The guys wanted to talk to me in front of everyone so I continue to speak on my issue. A random guy comes knocking on my front door no uniform or anything trying to get into my home to “ fix my tub”. I have lived here for just 2 months, and the maintenance situation has been unacceptable. My bathtub completely stopped working on September 1, 2025, and I first reported the problem back on August 22, 2025. Despite repeated requests (including email and a certified repair letter), the issue has not been fixed. Instead of repairing it, management gave me a key to another vacant unit just so I could shower. I wouldn’t even give them this , DO NOT MOVE HERE ! They’re dirty , both properties mangers are no help! They give your FALSE information and the only thing they can do is say sorry , sorry apartments. Have to bomb every two weeks due to rodents, mice poop everywhere. Rats run in the building , have to make sure the door is kept closed.
