I arrived at the location listed for the business and it is a residence not a business. there is a camper and a truck but no one answered the door.

Please take the warning of the other reviews !! Ordered a UV Ballast over a week ago no word from them about when its going to ship. They took my money right away. Tried calling(recording) and emailing 3 times! No reply. Have to put the charge in dispute . Do not order from them. Lesson learned always read reviews before ordering.

Ordered almost $600.00 for a pond pump on March 2nd. We still have not received Sequence pump (which we needed ASAP). Won't return phone calls or reply to emails.

BEWARE!! Scam site! Made an order, never received. Tried to call, line disconnected. Emailed and never received reply. Charge showed up on credit card and had to put it in dispute.

I ordered 2 of their Koi packs and they shipped very fast and arrived healthy and looking beautiful. I couldn't be happier, their coloring is incredible.
