Purchased our pool in April 2020 was swimming by the end of swim season. We noticed some stress fractures on our steps. Contacted Lowell and he keeps saying we’re on the list. Well it’s now 2023 and still have the stress fractures with no communication on when they will be fixed. Lowell and his team were great to work with at first and now not so great.
Lowell and his team were able to put a pool in our backyard when other fiberglass pool dealers said that they weren’t able to because it was such a tight squeeze. They had to do a lot of demo in our backyard because we had a lot of concrete and had some trees/bushes that needed to be removed. They did an awesome job and he was easy to work with. Would recommend him to friends and family.
They are great people to work with!
We recently Hired this Co and would recommend them to those looking for a pool or back yard retreat. Lowell is very Talented and creative and we are extremly happy. My family and I Thank you
