Rudest owner I have ever dealt with. I requested service for leaking valve, filter handle not turning and service. Told me they would be back to do the valve and handle, called multiple times and finally received advice that their plumber was out of action so I organised another company to fix the leak (was a simple o-ring that took him 5 minutes). Received my invoice which I emailed to the email address listed asking when filter handle will be fixed. No reply. Called and got the owner who abused me not not paying the accoun... read more
I deal with Matt, he's great. Cuts straight to the chase and only sells you what you need. Half the price of previous pool shops i have used in the past.
