Overall the experience was good, but we are still having problems getting them to complete the punch list of items that need attention. Going on a year now and still no scheduled repair appointments. Seems like they lost interest in completing their contractual obligation, after we closed on the construction loan. Lots of promises, very little follow through. It's disappointing as I have been dealing with the owner Lee Conn.
I got a very nice gal that answered the phone and was helpful. But I still haven’t received a call back but I have faith they will soon. We all have to keep in mind everyone is so busy. Will update as soon as I get a response.
