We'll I just had my 1st appointment at Loc'd Perfection and I absolutely love the service I received, the information and the instruction to maintain my locks that I have had for 25+ years. The appointment was done in a luxury salon suite and I appreciate the cozy, one on one attention even though there was another locticion in the suite. I recently started visiting loc’d perfection and both times, I have had amazing experiences. The owner, Trina, is friendly, welcoming and really funny! The stylists are very skilled and knowledgeable, and I was extremely happy with the result every time, even my family have noticed the difference in my hair. The salon itself is clean and modern which allows me to feel comfortable during my visits. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great installation and retie experiences

I called to book a new appointment to have my thinning locs repaired. I discussed the issue with the owner, Trina. She asked for photos which I sent to her. Then she still required me to book a consultation appointment which she labeled a "transfer client." Additionally, her system required me to pay in full via credit card in order to have the appointment confirmed.
