MY BLACK FOLKS If you find yourself in utah and need some locs this the place to go. I’ve been to several “ locticians” and “braiders” from Provo to SLC and not one of them done me right. After many unsuccessful attempts to loc my hair. I finally got a proper two strand twists here from Chris and started my loc journey. His wife Daija was very helpful with explaining the loc process as well Don’t go get them two strand twists with just anybody here in utah. Go with your people who actually know how to loc hair
The first time I went to see Daija I knew I was in good hands. Daija took the time to answer all of the questions I had. I combed out my jacked crazily parted locs that someone else installed that I hated and Daija gave me some 🔥 locs that I LOVE 😍. Daija asked me about how I wear my hair as far as parts, etc making sure the locs will fall in the same direction as my hair when I was a loose natural to personalize my hair for me; which I truly appreciated. Walked into their little shop & things felt clean, organized and very welcoming. Offered my baby & I snacks. Not to mention FREE snacks! Love the family vibe that’s in the air definitely coming back for more haircuts for the whole family! Great prices great people!
