She was Extremely personable, polite & professional, but her work Definitely needs some work. It looks okay from a distance, but (up close) each individual loc is a hot, poofy mess. I paid $85 for a retwist however, the locs weren't retwisted at all & were just left sloppy & frizzy. I feel like I just gave away money.
