Horrible experience. Owner is a person that doesn’t have customer service experience. She’s mean. She is unprofessional. Don’t come here. You will regret it. She doesn’t care about your hair. Only how has fast she can do your locs.

I pride myself in establishing a positive relationship with black own businesses. Human kindness and customer service is extremely important to me however my last visit was truly a disappointment. I was looking forward to my new hair (loc) journey to be informative and insightful; unfortunately I received a slight coldness that I can't afford my spirit to thrive in. San does good work, and I used to go to her faithfully until one day she just started ghosting me. I had started making my own hair products and asked her if she would mind selling some in her shop. I texted her asking if any had sold....no response. I went to the shop and was told that she had moved 🤔 okay...I looked up to see where the new shop was and it was conveniently located - perfect right?
