I can't rate her service because I was never able to receive it thanks to two back to back cancellations. I had her earliest appointment at 9 am on a Saturday for a loc retwist and 50 minutes before she contacted me to see if we could reschedule to the next morning because of a medical emergency with her son. Mind you, I saw the email notification for an automatic reschedule before I got her text. Clean , very comfortable environment, great music and talks. Meet some of the best people waiting. When it comes to the time it takes it’s refreshing to expect to be there at a certain time and before or exactly at that time. Very professional and will be coming back
