Pallavi is a sweetheart, she helped me alot and guided me with the best skincare i can ask for
I was assisted by a fantastic young lady named Pallavi (I hope I spelled her name correctly.) She assessed a couple of my photos and guided me to the appropriate products for my wife. Pallavi beautifully gift-wrapped my main gift (I took care of the others in a different fashion.) My wife loved the gifts, and asked if I got help from her best friend. Thank you again!
They just close the store whenever they want! I went there a couple of times during my lunch break but I guess they were also on their lunch break?! Lol the store manager at the Robson location is not good at scheduling shifts… very unprofessional IMO.
I was in the robson store about 6 months ago with my mother who has Alzheimer’s. We were arm in arm as we walked the store and were testing out testers. When my mom went to pick up a tester the woman working (Asian with a Bob haircut) took it out of her hands and put it down like she was a child not allowed to touch it.
