My sister purchased som creams from this outlet. The experience she had was very endearing. The staff was patient and provided suggestions which helped my sister make the decisions. My daughter is a regular customer at this L'Occitane en Provence location in Guildford Town Centre, and it is consistently a wonderful shopping experience. She absolutely loves their body care products which are unmatched in quality and texture. The boutique itself is beautifully arranged, clean, and always smells incredible. Harleen explained everything so well about all the products and about members perks, excellent customer service. MUST VISIT
Extremely bad customer service. When you enter they will be super nice to sell you the product but just in case you change your mind. They are so rude if you want to return the unused product. The employees are extremely irritated and act like it’s coming out of their salary if you try to return a product. Terrible customer service. I will never go back.
