The product is wonderful but in this specific location the customer service is terrible. Beyond terrible. Rude and arrogant. Never go there again, company put more attention about the people who's in charge of each store.

What a wonderful store. I was helped by Joyce, who was so patient, and bought a few hand creams for myself and a friend. Both staff members were very friendly and helpful and I’ve never received a purchase packaged as thoughtfully as this one was; I still smell the verbena sprayed on the paper and think that’s such a nice gesture.

This morning I came to L'Occitane at 10:10am and was told that they don't open until 11am. I showed the employee, Jeremiah, the website that clearly states that they are supposed to open at 10am. He apologized and I left feeling frustrated. However, upon my return this afternoon, Jeremiah apologized for the inconvenience again and I got a small gift with my purchase to compensate. I feel much better. But their IT department still needs to adjust their shop opening time on their website to match.

Great store to purchase items for yourself and as gifts. We come in several times a year to stock up on products for us at home, and also for gifts for family, friends, and colleagues. The team there is so helpful and goes out of their way to showcase their new products to us. They also wrap the gifts in their specialty boxes, and bag everything up with tissue, ribbon and a spritz of fragrance complementing the items inside, ready to gift, with zero effort on our end needed.
