I’m suprised at these comments! I can say heart on hand I’ve only had the most pleasant experiences at this Bridgewater location. All of the staff I’ve interacted with over the years are seriously the sweetest and knowledgeable people I’ve interacted with in customer service. Every time I step foot in the door they are welcoming and warm. Absolutely love going every time!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I have eczema and sampled a hand cream in the store, which immediately caused a red rash and irritation on my skin. I politely asked if I could quickly wash my hands at the sink provided in the store to remove the product. The older woman working there responded very rudely and said “absolutely not,” claiming the store was closing—even though there were still about four other customers inside. I love L’Occitane and I had a very wonderful experience buying my Christmas items with ANAT helping me at the store. She has a superb customer service skills and also very kind and wonderful. She is also very knowledgeable with the products. Will be coming back!!
My bestie loves shopping at L’Occitane—so I ventured in yesterday. I had such a fun time exploring the products and thanks to lovely Carmen—found solutions to every dry skin summer need! If you just want to treat yourself to wonderful products I highly recommend this store at Bridgewater Mall and Carmen! My friends always gift me LOccitane brand hand creams and body lotions for Christmas and my birthday and I always love them. Quality products reasonably priced and made in France. Have fun!
