I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I have eczema and sampled a hand cream in the store, which immediately caused a red rash and irritation on my skin. I politely asked if I could quickly wash my hands at the sink provided in the store to remove the product. The older woman working there responded very rudely and said “absolutely not,” claiming the store was closing—even though there were still about four other customers inside. I love L’Occitane and I had a very wonderful experience buying my Christmas items with ANAT helping me at the store. She has a superb customer service skills and also very kind and wonderful. She is also very knowledgeable with the products. Will be coming back!!
My bestie loves shopping at L’Occitane—so I ventured in yesterday. I had such a fun time exploring the products and thanks to lovely Carmen—found solutions to every dry skin summer need! If you just want to treat yourself to wonderful products I highly recommend this store at Bridgewater Mall and Carmen! I visited this store this week and I was impressed with the excellent customer service provided my Carmen. From the moment we walked in she was welcoming and friendly. She is super knowledgeable about all the products at L’Occitane and she genuinely explained the difference between each of them and gave some insights on what could work better for my skin type.
