My bestie loves shopping at L’Occitane—so I ventured in yesterday. I had such a fun time exploring the products and thanks to lovely Carmen—found solutions to every dry skin summer need! If you just want to treat yourself to wonderful products I highly recommend this store at Bridgewater Mall and Carmen! I visited this store this week and I was impressed with the excellent customer service provided my Carmen. From the moment we walked in she was welcoming and friendly. She is super knowledgeable about all the products at L’Occitane and she genuinely explained the difference between each of them and gave some insights on what could work better for my skin type. I don’t write many reviews but today I went to L’Occitane, Bridgewater and feel my visit deserves one. I’m newer to the product line so I am trying to build my collection. I met Carmen who was so kind, thoughtful, patient and extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
