Not sure if the girl was not in good mood or did not want to be there… le pire service que j’ai jamais eu jusque là chez l’occitane que j’ai dû interrompre le processus d’achat à la caisse… 26 décembre 2024 à 18h50’ après une attente d’à peu près 3 minutes la vendeuse faisait comme ci elle ne nous voyait pas moi accompagner de mon fils, me regardait en boudant wow incroyable! Arrivé à la caisse je n’ai pas de sac! 😞
