I went there yesterday around 7-8 pm and it was very awkward. The employee’s friends (or people she obviously knew very well) were there hanging out with her, and the employee was implying to her friends how this or that product they were looking at or trying was too expensive for what it was. I went there with the idea to treat myself to some nice body care, but this made me feel like i shouldnt waste my money on their products since the employee did not seem to think they were worth the amount charged. Très mauvaise expérience, service client dégueulasse, conseils mauvais, aucune empathie, sans parler du prix abusif pour des produits de piètre qualité
Really bad customer service, when I went to checkout, the employee (I believe her name was Audrey) refused to speak to me in English. I kept speaking in English and she kept responding in French, I felt quite disrespected to be honest. I’ve had such great experiences at other Occitanes (Royalmount and Westmount) so this was really disappointing.
Je suis toujours très satisfaite de mes expériences dans le magasin L'Occitane en Provence du Centre Eaton. Les produits sont d'excellente qualité et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Les deux conseillères sont très gentilles, professionnelles et attentives aux besoins de la clientèle. Elles connaissent parfaitement les produits. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y faire mes achats. Je recommande vivement cette boutique !
