I’ve been ordering online for 2 years and never visited a location until 01.19. Alisiia greeted me and I told her I’d never been in a store before but order online. She let me look without feeling hoovered over or pressured. I checked out all the scents and sizes I had been curious about while online. She explained the current gift with purchase and what they included. terrible customer service. worker was on her phone during her shift and remained at the till texting, did not greet me or my friend, and when asked questions she stayed on her phone and was extremely unwelcoming. did not make any purchases due to her attitude so thank you for saving me money

I went into this location with my mom on Sunday 1/19 - what a great experience! We already knew what we wanted since we were re-stocking on some cream. Upon cashing out, the lady signed my mom up for an account & she saved $20! Both ladies in the store chatting with us were lovely & super knowledgeable!
