I visited the Bayshore location today at 1 PM to inquire about their new stock and politely requested a few samples. However, the lady I spoke with refused to provide any and falsely claimed that she did not have any available. In reality, there was a brand new shipment of seven different samples right on the desk and cash register, ready to be distributed. I purchased a bottle of eau de toilette for men a month ago. The spray pump broke a few days ago. So I went back to the store thinking I could exchange the bottle because it is obviously l’Occitane and also quite obviously defective. I was met by the most unhelpful and bureaucratic customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Totally unhelpful!
