Love the Galleria and this store has some amazing hand cream that really works in our cold winter! The customer service is amazing!
The store is great but on-line customer service is awful. I will never order on-line again. My order got lost and they said it was returned. So I am getting a refund in three weeks? I had a couple Xmas presents in that order and the rep didn’t care. What a disappointment.
I love this store but we so not have it in Wisconsin. I was looking forward to actually shopping in an actual store rather than shop online. April was extremely helpful in letting know about all the different fragrances. I ended up getting a perfume. April let me know about signing up and getting $20 off. This was my favorite store in the whole MOA.
