Customer service was pushy and bad. When I only wanted to buy a small hand cream for souvenir, the sales kept upselling me unnecessary things and pushing a higher price product making me felt very uncomfortable. This kind of sales tactic and behavior really doesn't look good for the brand and turned me off from coming back again.
