Always a fan of their products, but Angel made this visit extra special. She truly lives up to her name—elegant, gentle, and incredibly helpful. Her service was top-notch and we left with a huge smile. Thank you, Angel!
Lovely experience at L’Occitane! Parnia was so kind and welcoming. she made my visit feel really special. I’ll definitely be back
Do not buy anything. Overpriced garbage. Makes it exceedingly impossible to get a refund even when well within the rules. Terrible company. Stay away.
If you return/change the item, you will receive a BAD attitude from the staff and the manager. Will not come to this store anymore.
