I'm going to put aside the amazing products of L'Occitane (my favorite perfumes) and just point out the exceptional shopping experience provided by Cat; she was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the past, present and future products. The perfect shopping experience.
I use several different Immortelle skin products and have for several years. My skin has never felt so soft and silky. I wash my face with the Mousse-en-crème and then I use the Overnight reset oil, then the Serum, then the Crème Jeunesse. I will continue to use these products. Amazing!
