I like this brand and using a lot of their products, yesterday I went to this store to get some hand soap as it is nearly run out, they changed package at the same time it was my first time visiting this store, i spend a little time there, it was okay, the staff asking what you want, giving suggestions…but after I paid, the lady handed over the products to me, when I getting out of the store, there was a big laughing behind me, I was surprised, then I stopped and looked back, it stopped…I don’t know and don’t want to know wh... read more

I was doing a quick stop, 15min before the store close on a Friday night. I knew what I wanted so I knew it was going to be fast. The lady who helped me was super nice and was educating me about the product. I felt that I was really having a great experience, considering all the factors I mentioned. Thank you so much for doing a great job and I would definitely drive the 40min just to buy from you again. Sorry I didn’t catch your name.

A pleasant first experience! Liz was wonderful and she carries such a glow and joy as she’s helping you find what you need. She made me feel comfortable and at ease while I was being educated on their products! Absolutely none of that overwhelming type of customer service where the representative is just pushy or indifferent; she has such a warm personality and it was a pleasure getting to know her and L’Occitane’s products!
