I was doing a quick stop, 15min before the store close on a Friday night. I knew what I wanted so I knew it was going to be fast. The lady who helped me was super nice and was educating me about the product. I felt that I was really having a great experience, considering all the factors I mentioned. Thank you so much for doing a great job and I would definitely drive the 40min just to buy from you again. Sorry I didn’t catch your name.

A pleasant first experience! Liz was wonderful and she carries such a glow and joy as she’s helping you find what you need. She made me feel comfortable and at ease while I was being educated on their products! Absolutely none of that overwhelming type of customer service where the representative is just pushy or indifferent; she has such a warm personality and it was a pleasure getting to know her and L’Occitane’s products! Don't go to this store! It won't let you return regardless of original receipt !

Don't go to this store as it will force you to buy! And don't expect to get return to your original payment when you are not satisfied with your purchase EVEN IF YOU KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT! So I made my purchase with my Apple Pay and when I tried to return my stuff the black lady worked there just refused me to even try my Apple Pay tap return because as she claimed their machine is not working well!
