Waited 15 min for the sales associate Daria to finish having a conversation with a friend to ask for a product. When I get the product she puts the other one I want in the cabinet and continues to talk to the friend. Had to wait again and interrupt the conversation to ask for help. Gives the friend a hand full of samples and helps me out rudely and doesn’t apology and say sorry. I asked where the lip balms are and just pointe to them at the front.
