Today I visited the Charlottesville location. I have purchased from Loccitane online and in various stores. I was particularly excited today because they had the Almond scent back and I no longer live next to a store. However, the lady that helped me followed me and looked over my shoulder as if I was a thief. The lady before me had her items wrapped in a box with samples and I had to ask for it to be wrapped up and no samples, which is a typical addition at checkout. Had gotten a gift box from here that came damaged (not anyone’s fault), when I went to exchange it the staff was brutish and rude. From the start the blonde clerk was brusque and unhelpful. Service does not match the price of the product.
Staff is unpleasant . One staff member sat in a chair the whole time I was there and never attempted to help . The other lady working noticed and attempted to help but overall not a positive experience.
Definitely a nice vibe. The fragrances are very nice.
