선물을 사기위해 방문했다.. 나에게 도움을 준 직원의 이름은 기억못하지만 그녀는 매우 친절하고 센스있었다. 선물이라고 얘기했더니 박스에 포장해준후 종이가방에 레몬향수를 살짝 뿌려서 전달해주었다. 매우 감동적이었다.

The girl working Tuesday December 6th evening was very kind to my mother and I and resolved our order issues. Overall the brand is worthy of the cost, I’ve had positive impressions of their stores staff and presentation. The products do what they are advertised to do. 👌
Had the most horrible customer service experience at their fair oaks store yesterday around 1pm and walked out forever from Loccitane as I was shopping for more then 107 dollars and the lady was clueless and abnoxious. Good bye loccitane
