I recently visited the L’Occitane store at King of Prussia with my husband, and we were fortunate to be helped by Annie, who provided the most wonderful customer service experience! My skin loves L’occitane! I have been using this store for a while now. I can’t say enough how amazing the products are but especially the service of the store crew. Annie is one of my favorites, such amazing personality very helpful and always with a smile greats us. Very knowledgeable with new and old products. Where to even begin…. After seeing how much people loved the almond shower oil online I just happened to be browsing through the king of Prussia mall and saw the l’occitane storefront and thought, might as well. I’m so glad I had that thought! I enter and am immediately helped by the employee, Annie. She was so attentive and extremely helpful and enthusiastic about the products.
