Olga was nice and helpful but when testing out the products at the sink she sprayed the shower oil right onto my brand new sweatshirt which is now ruined and stained

I recently visited the L’Occitane store at King of Prussia with my husband, and we were fortunate to be helped by Annie, who provided the most wonderful customer service experience! We initially came in to purchase the viral shower oil, but thanks to Annie’s incredible product knowledge and warmth, we left with several products she recommended, as well as some samples to try at home. My skin loves L’occitane! I have been using this store for a while now. I can’t say enough how amazing the products are but especially the service of the store crew. Annie is one of my favorites, such amazing personality very helpful and always with a smile greats us. Very knowledgeable with new and old products.
