I’ve been a customer here for years and I have to say this store has the BEST customer service. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all not stingy with samples!
Good customer service goes a long way. Shout-out to MARIA. I went to this store for the first time last week to get my grandmother a birthday gift. Maria helped me find exactly what I wanted, while giving me space to explore on my own. Her recommendations were perfect and helpful. As we were checking out, I mentioned it was my first time in the store and she gave me several samples and told me to have fun finding my new favorite products, and to come back and let her know my thoughts. Besides the great products, the staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. When shopping that Christmas week the store does stay open until the mall closes at 9. I do remember the store being in a different location; but it's across the apple store.
Rachel is an angel! Such pleasant experience at this location! Would definitely love to be back here to shop again! Met a manager who was so amazing and welcoming!
