I came in with my sister the other day and a guy named Hasan helped us. I’m writing this review solely because of him because his customer service was absolutely amazing. He was very patient with us even though we were indecisive and helped us with our purchase. We already love the lotion and hair care we got but now we definitely want to come back because we had such a good experience due to his attentiveness and positive attitude!
Vivian definitely deserves 100/10! ⭐️ She’s so friendly, always smiling, and the gift wrapping was gorgeous, my mom loves it! such a good experience here, recommend to go!
I love this store and this brand! It feels great when you enter, and my experience with the staff has been wonderful; they are friendly and helpful. While the prices are a bit high, the quality justifies it. I was excited to find a fresh bucket of lavender, which is quite hard to find elsewhere. I also adore the layout of the store, decorated with yellow Immortelle flowers, which happen to be my favorite colour .
Absolutely love this place! The space is so aesthetic and welcoming. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable. Great gift options for any budget. I’m obsessed with their hand cream — the formula is creamy, smooth, and not sticky at all. I seriously love their products!
