I visited the MetroTown location today for loccitane. One of the best costumer service ever. I got a really good hand massage and bought some hand creams great visit loved Lana. She was very helpful.

I was helped by Vinni or Vivian late Monday night and received the best customer service I could ask for from a retail store. I came in with a complaint about one of the products going bad and had low expectations of solutions. The special moment is when she went out of her way to contact the off-site manager about my situation. Regardless of the outcome, i appreciated her for trying and not simply dismissing me.
