Had a wonderful experience at L’Occitane today! I stopped in for a mini facial and hand massage and it completely exceeded my expectations. The team was so knowledgeable, and Lana, in particular, was incredibly friendly and always smiling, she really made me feel special. She assessed my skin type and explained exactly why certain products would suit my skin better, then let me try a range of products on both my hands and face.
