I was helped by Vinni or Vivian late Monday night and received the best customer service I could ask for from a retail store. I came in with a complaint about one of the products going bad and had low expectations of solutions. The special moment is when she went out of her way to contact the off-site manager about my situation. Regardless of the outcome, i appreciated her for trying and not simply dismissing me.

On top of everything else she took the time to help me understand the products and helped me with the decision of which product would work best for my lifestyle and my skin type. Had a wonderful experience at L’Occitane today! I stopped in for a mini facial and hand massage and it completely exceeded my expectations. The team was so knowledgeable, and Lana, in particular, was incredibly friendly and always smiling, she really made me feel special.
