Une des meilleures boutiques L’Occitane que j’ai visitées ! L’emplacement est incroyable et le service est tout aussi remarquable. Mention spéciale à Samantha, qui sert ma famille et moi-même avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Elle connaît très bien les produits et prend le temps de nous conseiller afin que nous trouvions ce qui nous convient le mieux. 😊
Really rude customer service.
They were closed at 18:00 even though it says on Google they're open till 21:00. I'm standing in the freezing cold like an idiot trying to call them with no answer! P.S. As we left, we saw another customer standing in front of the shop trying to call them! P.P.S. I would update the review if I receive an explanation.
