Contrairement à ce que les clients-es disent sur les vendeuses de l’occitane, elles sont super accueillantes, gentilles et leur service est impeccable. Je suis allée il y a pas longtemps acheter un coffret cadeau et elles m’adressaient avec un sourire et avaient un bon service, contrairement à ce que certains reviews disent. I came to the store to exchange a product I received as a birthday gift. The item was clearly new and unused, but since it was given to me without a receipt, the owned refused any form of exchange. I find this Unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer since your boutique first opened. This experience has made it clear that customer loyalty and satisfaction are not valued by your team. As a result, I will no longer be shopping at Occitan Boutique, and I will not recommend your store to others.
