Today I visited the L’Occitane store in Westmount, on Sherbrooke Street, and had an exceptional shopping experience thanks to Mariam. From the moment I entered the store until the moment I left, she was warm, respectful, and genuinely joyful throughout the entire interaction. She was attentive, informative, and showed great care and attention to detail while helping me choose a gift for a friend. Mariam is a true professional, and I believe someone like her truly deserves the opportunity to grow within the company.
Superb store that will tickle all your senses. Personally, I love their L'occitan Eau de Cologne.

Terrible! Sales associate refused to sell me a hand cream because I was buying only one.
