Had the procedure done and he was fine at initial consultation. During surgery was condescending and rude and at 1 week follow up had an incredibly bad bedside manner and yelled at me for not hearing well and just a nasty vibe he gives off. Called me today to further berate me on wearing a hat and that’s why I couldn’t hear. Really?? And I should be grateful that he thought he had detected afib which was false. The receptions in the front always seems to have a nasty attitude or a bad day. Really takes away from the great experience I would like to have at my doctors office. Makes me feel uncomfortable how rude she can be when asking simple questions & fact that she rolls her eyes as well. Not a great way to act at a doctors office.
Dr. Locastro and office staff are amazing. Friendly bedside manner, takes the time to explain and discuss options for care. Post surgical care is thorough and the doctor gave his personal cell phone number for questions after hours. I have shared his name with family and friends, and I will continue to do so. So happy to have found this group.
