Took my dog here for the first time concerned about breathing issues. They were prompt and considerate. They were up front about costs and very professional with us both. I was concerned I was just being paranoid and they continuously assured me that I was not being paranoid and that I knew my dog better than anyone. Brought our Boxer pup Zeus here today and had an outstanding experience. They come out to your car and screen your dog for dangerously contagious diseases, like parvo, first. That should be a practice everywhere. The vet tech and veterinarian were kind and courteous and knowledgeable. We got Zeus some meds and brought him home, but he liked the vet tech so much, he wanted to go with her! Reasonable pricing, too. Thanks to everyone there!
I shared a 2 star review back in October 2024 with a very honest experience and my review was deleted. I was disappointed in both a lack of thorough exam and reassurance that my pet would be okay. I came in concerned about an infected tooth. The vet took absolutely no time examining my dog. The first time he opened her mouth, he looked and said "oh yes I see" but he was looking at the wrong side of her mouth.
