They reopened with a totally different menu. Used to be amazing bowls with a Mexican flair. Now it’s all seafood and sushi. Should have changed the name as it is nothing like what Localtopia was before. Bummed. Won’t go again.
I’m a little disappointed because I do not feel that I got what the reviews promised. The workers didn’t acknowledge me as I was waiting, just looked at me and went back to talking. The food looks very fresh and tasty when I made my own Poké bowl, but they don’t have too much variety. Overall, it was bland and my wonton crunch was burned. Hopefully things go up from here, from what I understand, they got new management and it really went under to the customers eye.
When I came here I was not expecting much, but I was surprised! The food is delicious here. The food looks great and the atmosphere here could be improved. The food is great 10/10 would eat here
I hate to change this review, but this place has been so cut back since changing hands. They no longer offer hot food options that made them stand out from just being a sushi bar and got rid of the staples that gave their mixed cuisine so unique. Now their kitchen seems to just serve as an extension the grill and wicked loon, the loon offers locotopia sushi and my friends tab at the loon even had locotopia on it. Localtopia is BACK!! If I could give the staff a 10 star review I would! Amazing attention to detail and customer service! Absolutely incredible poké bowls and rolls! I made my own, and my husband got the wolfeboro bowl. Both were amazing, wicked filling and well worth the money! As a local I’m so happy to see a poké spot in town! Don’t forget to try the cucumber breeze!
