This is a nice storage place and kept clean. Our problem is in the 3 months since we first rented our storage units we can never get in the gate and have to keep calling. When you work you do not time to sit at the gate every time you go there calling and getting no answer and just hoping someone comes along who's gate number actually works. They keep giving us a new number and it might work that time but only that time and we have to call again. PLEASE!!! Someone fix this!!!!!
The storage unit was very clean, the area seemed secure, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff (especially Lynn) were very helpful and considerate of the fact that it was my first time renting storage space and were able to give me lots of help, such as recommendations on what type of lock to use and where to buy it, and help setting up autopay and logging in on the website. The location was also very convenient for us as there’s not as many options for self storage on our side of Hanover. This was a great solution ... read more
