When we tried to enter the storage units in Hanover this morning if would not recognize the code. So, we called customer service and ask for information. I talked to Cedrick and he was the very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to help us enter the gate. After many different tries and his very helpful help it was discovered that it was a power problem. He even called me back to let me know they are working on it. This is a nice storage place and kept clean. Our problem is in the 3 months since we first rented our storage units we can never get in the gate and have to keep calling. When you work you do not time to sit at the gate every time you go there calling and getting no answer and just hoping someone comes along who's gate number actually works. They keep giving us a new number and it might work that time but only that time and we have to call again. PLEASE!!! Someone fix this!!!!!
