Tanae, the Local Storage agent, in just a few short minutes got to the bottom of my problems and concerns and got everything fixed! Her strong knowledge of your system is no doubt responsible for her success in fixing things, in addition to her excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. Please give her a raise. If I owned a business I would hire her away from you in an instant. Seriously. I would.
I'm giving five stars for the ease of setup and the great customer service from Ela. . I'll finalize my comments once we review our billing and wrap up our experience here when we move out but checking into the facility was super easy and the customer service was outstanding helping me resolve a problem I had.
They are really good at following up on your unit & making sure you are satisfied & seeing if you have any questions. Good company to deal with & reasonsable prices.
