Do not use the storage unit. The roof is leaking and and all my stuff is now water damage. I called the insurance and they said they can’t do nothing about it.

This place is has no local staff at any time, despite their name. Remote staff will call you back but it can turn into an endless cycle of phone tag when you have an urgent issue like we did. This place is increasingly rundown and in shambles. We went to pull some things out of our unit and a fellow renter told us we might want to check our unit near the back.
