My experience was great, the gentleman I spoke with was courteous and pleasant. He assisted with the entire process and answered all the questions I had prior to me renting the unit.
Haidee, was amazing! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable , efficient and kind. I was having a very bad day and was extremely frustrated. She was able to answer all of my many questions and she made me smile and I needed that today. She is very empathetic and understanding as well. Please give her a free lunch, or riase or bonus or points. She is rhe perfect example of what excellent customer service is!!!! I highly recommend her!
I was having difficulty getting my driver's license uploaded. RJ was extremely helpful and explained everything step by step. Thank you for all your help today
Very easy to talk with and get your storage unit set up over the phone. We haven't got to use it yet but very pleased in comparison in 4 days other local places only a few even called me back .
Seems like a nice place but they put down to be limestone and it sure has a bad smell while you're there
