Made a reservation for a storage unit, and got to the parking lot only to find out that even though we made AND PAID for a reservation, they have no storage units available, and the next closest one is 30 minutes away and costs even more than what we originally paid for the one where we ACTUALLY needed it. Customer service was absolutely NO HELP. We will NEVER be using this company EVER again.
Very easy to communicate with. The storage until is very nice and clean.
Online booking was a very easy process. Customer service is always top tier.
RJ was extremely helpful with finding just the right unit for my needs. She was kind and spoke clearly, and was very knowledgeable. I hope to work with her next time.
This facility has continued to raise our rates every year and has added no additional security and they barely maintain the “secured” vehicle lot. We have found the gate open numerous times, currently it has been open for two weeks and they have plowed the snow in front of every vehicle that you couldn’t get your vehicle out without hiring someone to dig it out.
