This facility has continued to raise our rates every year and has added no additional security and they barely maintain the “secured” vehicle lot. We have found the gate open numerous times, currently it has been open for two weeks and they have plowed the snow in front of every vehicle that you couldn’t get your vehicle out without hiring someone to dig it out.
