Haidee was very helpful. She, with kindness, assisted me in getting the 2 month discount rate offered on line and was extremely patient while I was navigating the page to fill out all of the information needed for my transaction to be completed! Thank you!
Their prices are outrageous and their customer service is abysmal. Plenty of other storage facilities in the area with much better rates and people you can actually speak to. Avoid this business if you can.
I was very impressed with the help I received for setting up 2 storage units. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Only give really half a star cause I paid for a full month and close in the first week and there not nice enough to payme the remaining weeks plus we had to toss out a lot of our stuff cause we found mold on our new blankets we put in there every thing had mold on it
